We have sub-divided and individuly titles a large portion of the Resort's property for Residential (Private) use.
Our plan is to offer you the opportunity to have your own Rest or Retirement house with access to facilities such as swimming pool, beach, picnic areas Etc.
Without the hassle of having to maintain them.
Either for a permanent Residence or as a Rest House.
You can have the choice of:
Leasing or Buying and developing a vacant Lot.
Or Lease a Lot with a House ready to occupy*. *subject to availability

All Lots, Lease or Sale, have access to the Beach and to the National Highway.
For those who like the idea of having a Swimming Pool Etc. available to them there is a Low annual Membership fee. (Membership is optional, not mandatory.)
Also our rooms will be available for Holiday rentals, either serviced or unserviced, also arrangement for fixed Meals is available or prepare your own in the barbecue areas.
The facilities will also be available for Day use and Functions for Members.

We have now added 2 apartments for long term rental within the Resort area, there is a choice of Two or Three bedrooms, kitchenette with dining / lounge area, large well appointed bathroom with hot water, units can be either with or without air-conditioning
