The subdivision is located at Rama Beach Km. 189 National Rd., Binoclutan Botolan Zambales. (Approximately 3 hours from Manila and 1 hour, 54 Km., North of Subic) The entrance is wide and safe and provision has been left for the later construction of a "security point" should residents consider they would like to establish one. The entrance roadway is covered under a "Right of way" agreement, this agreement, in common with others, gives "right of carriageway" to each of the Lots and is conditional on the following grounds; 1/ Taxes, development and maintenance is levied against all Lots on a "pro-rata" basis of the area served. 2/ That it is for access to Residential properties only. Electric is from a shared transformer belonging to the adjoining property, individual transformers may be required at a later date, this would be at the cost of those requiring their own. Electric service line, High Voltage, is already in place from the road to the transformer and a Low Voltage line from the transformer to all of the Lots. Power poles that are erected can also accommodate a further High Voltage line if required. All Sale Lots (Block 1) have seperate individual titles, Lots can be purchased outright or placed on a long term Lease Contract. (Foreigneers cannot own Land in the Philippines, but Long term Lease is legal and binding) A Lease Contract can include an "Option" to buy at a fixed price, with the option being transferable, if you wish to sell you can transfer the "option".
