REGULATIONS

Dear Guest, The following guide lines are for everyone's benefit, please pass this to your group.

1/ FOODS: The Resort supplies foods and drinks from the restaurant. The restaurant is open from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily. (Last orders to be in by 9:30 p.m) during regular Months and in Off Season, July 01 until November 30. from 7:30 am until 8 p m (last orders in by 7:30 pm) Sundays thru Thursday. Foods and drinks can be served in the Main Restaurant, Breezeway or in the "Fishpond" area. Room, Swimming pool area & Beach area available at 10% surcharge. Guests wishing to bring their own foods or drinks are welcome to do so, but a "Corkage" fee of P50.00 per person, per Day shall apply. These foods/drinks may ONLY be consumed in the Beach and Picnic areas, consuming them in any other area will incur further charges. Your foods can be prepared by the kitchen at a reasonable charge, which includes serving them. Cooking is not permitted in the Rooms, with the exception of the "Seaview" rooms. Persons found cooking in any other rooms will be charged a P500.00 cleaning charge. Use of electric appliances, cooking or other will incur a charge of P100.00 per united sighted (daily). Cooking is only permitted in the Picnic areas where barbecue pits are supplied. NO FIRES ON THE GROUND OR GRASSED AREAS. Please remember, if you bring your foods, bring also what you need to prepare and consume them. Our Kitchen and Restaurant DOES NOT LEND, plates, cutlery, pots pans Etc.

2/ KEYS: Lost keys will incur a cost of P250.00 per key, "D" Rooms P450.00 per key, it is easy to loose a key on the beach, you can leave your Key at reception for safety and convenience.

3/ GROUNDS: Please help us to keep the beach and grounds clean and tidy by depositing rubbish in the bins provided. It is recommended that Glass not be taken onto the beach or Swimming Pool areas (GLASS & FOOD is BANNED at Pool side). The plants and Orchids are for the pleasure of everyone. Picking of flowers and taking of plants or cuttings is strictly prohibited.

4/ FIREARMS, air guns and sling shots are prohibited and will be confiscated if used. Please do not tease or harm any of the Birds and Animals (caged or loose) in the Resort.

5/ ENTRY to the Resort is restricted between 10:00p.m. and 7:00a.m. (This is for your security & that of your vehicles Etc.) if you need to Enter or Exit during this time please liaise with management before 10 p.m. VISITORS 1/ Visitors are welcome from 7:00AM until 7:00PM.Or by arrangement with management.2/ Visitors are not permitted in the rooms, only registered guests are permitted in the rooms. 3/ Visitors entering the Resort areas will be charged as Day use customers.

6/ WATER & ELECTRIC: Please conserve valuable recourses, by closing faucets, showers, fans, lights, air-conditioners Etc. when not in the room. Please assist us also by removing excess sand from your person and belongings before returning to your Room, foot baths are located at the beach and on both pathways from the Beach for this purpose. A hose is also available at the car park entrance.

7/ SWIMMING POOL, regulations allow ONLY SWIMSUITS to be worn in the Pool, NO SHORTS, TEE SHIRTS, BRIEFS ETC. Please obey the pool regulations posted at the entrance to the Pool area. Swimming outside of posted Pool hours is not Permitted without permission and will be at your own risk. No Drink/Foods within 2 meters of the Pool edge. A penalty of P200.00 will apply for each or any breach of Rules. ( Or removal from the Resort without Refund)

8/ CHECK IN / OUT ,Check in time is 2 P.M. Check out time is 12 NOON. Early check in & Late check-out will depend on availability of room & incur an additional cost , per hour or part thereof exceeding 24 Hours, Air-conditioned rooms, Single & Double P200.00, Family & Dormitory P300.00 Fan rooms, Single & Double P100.00,Family (Seaview) P200.00 Additional persons are permitted in the rooms at additional charge, but are not to exceed 50% over the allowed number allocated to that Room. Check out AFTER 4 PM will be charged as an entire 24 hours.(The Management reserves the right to check room occupancy numbers at any time, breaches of the number of persons in the room will result in a penalty of TREBLE the charges for those not declared as in the room.) If you wish to remain and use the facilities after check out you are welcome to do so, but you will be charged the "entrance fee" for the day, P75.00 per person.

9/ SWIMMING AT THE BEACH, The South China Sea, is actually outside the Jurisdiction of Rama International Beach Resort and we strongly suggest the following. 1/ Never swim when intoxicated. 2/ Do not swim when a RED FLAG is displayed at the beach. 3/ Do not swim in rough seas. 4/ Life Guards are not on duty in the Public domain, check with the management regarding availability of Life Guards. 5/ Children should always be accompanied by an Adult. 10/ GENERAL, Rama International Beach Resort shall not be held responsible for any damages or injuries inflicted by any untoward incident brought about by any Guests negligence or action. We shall also not be responsible for any losses or damages to your personal properties, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR THINGS UNATENDED.
